I have Webx5 Pro 2020.2.7. All my contact forms for websites I have done are not sending the data from the contact form to me.
I have changed the sending method from PHP to Authenticated SMTP with no success. Our hosting company has advised that they no longer support PHP script sending but we are still having issues after changing to Authenticated SMTP.
Would anyone be able to assist? One of the website's this is occuring on is https://www.evolvetm.com.au
Thank you.

Hello. Find the correct parameters for connecting to SMTP in your hosting documentation. Or ask your hosting technical support about this.
Go to the admin area of your hosting site and test the settings in the “Website Test” section. If everything is fine, specify the same settings in the program options.

A couple of things:
The links you supply is classified as Dangerous according to Norton. (translated to English)
About the mail: Beware that for most ISP's the sender-address has to belong to the same domain as your project.

Hi there,
Not sure why it would be saying it is a dangerous site as it isn't. Norton in my opinion isn't the best anti-virus software. It blocks a lot of things it shouldn't and causes a lot of issues.
I have resolved my own issue after spending a day playing with all the settings. Authenticated SMTP works but only if you deselect the Sender e-mail address checkbox on the contact form.
My hosting was able to advise that they no longer support PHP scripts for emails anymore. This is what caused the issue in the first place.
