Cookiebot Object. How to create and integrate a cookie banner. i did use this information above to get it done. i dont know what it means, when i should paste the script to THE VERY FIRST SCRIPT OF MY PAGE? 

i also do not understand when it says PASTE IT EXACTLY TO THE RIGHT SPOT

where do i have to put the first script in, where the second and do i copy all of the given script or only parts of it. i think i need help here, as i have tried to put the object in my Head of templates, pasted the first script into it, exported to the web, nothing happened. this way ihave tried a few differend ways, nothing helped. 

what do i do wrong?
