All the Cells are identical when it comes to properties and setting etc but one is showing a line for some reason.
Any idea what causes this and why ?

Thank you!

its not there now as i changed how that page is set out.
that problem occurred when each line of text was a separate box so for example it would be as below
"disater and date" (this would be in one text box) then "click here for more info" (this would also be in its own text box)
then this would be repeated and each box would have its own cell background of the same JPG and the margins would be reduced to zero so all cells joined together.
i noticed that the more i edited the page (when loading X5 V9 on separate occasions) this problem got worse and more lines started to appear over time.
i dont think it was the JPG itself as this problem would have shown up the first time.
Can you upload that page in a subfolder of your domain. Seeing the HTML code directly will help me to find what causes that line.
Thank you!

i've now changed it so that the "disaster and date" list are in one cell and the "click here" are all in another cell.
i think the problem is caused by having too many cells joined together with backgrounds, it seems that is a bit too much for X5 to deal with.
if you want me to recreate the page i can do.
I'll appreciate so much if you can recreate the problem. I'll check the HTML and let you know if there's a bug (and so I'll fix it).
Thank you!

think i may have worked out what causes it while re-creating it.
when i did it the first time i put the cell background as tiled, when re-creating it i used horizontal repeat and the lines dont appear.
so i'm not usre if its a bug when tiling background images or is this just the way it behaves when tiling on a single line cell.
if the cell was quite large then tiling would be needed so i'm now confused lol
i've re-created the page in both ways but so far it seems fine so i'm still not sure what caused it.
Page with the Horizontal repeatwww.safecrowds.co.uk/testpage.html
Page with tiled background www.safecrowds.co.uk/testpage1.html
i'm guessing that if it doesnt happen then it was just a glitch, who knows.
The two pages looks just the same, indeed. It could be only a glitch but if this happens again, just provide me the link to the page.
In a single line text, depending on which image is used as background, the tiled image can collapse showing only the darkest areas. It is an extremely rare behavior and that's outside the borderlines of WebSite X5.
