The 3.3 version, however, does not start, it freezes for a short time and then a .backup project, but cannot be opened.

after the backup is created, do you see two instances of the project in the list of available ones?
If so, please try to open the one not labeled as the backup, as the backup one is the copy remaining at the previous version, so if you open it and choose to create a backuo you will then find multiple backups of backups.

Regarding the generation, I am sorry about the issue.
Please go to the path C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 - Pro on your computer.
There you will find a file called magicsite.json and a folder called Logs.
I kindly ask you to provide me with the magicsite file and the files in the Logs folder related to the generation attempt; their names should start with 20251121.
You can collect all the files in a .zip or .rar archive and attach it to your reply.

Igen, látom a két projektet, de nem lehet megnyitni őket, ahogy írtam is, mert betöltés közben lefagy, és újra létrehoz egy .backup projektet.

Csatoltam a generálással kapcsolatos .rar fájlt. Már nem a beküldött adatok alapján hozza létre az oldalt, kilépett, de a generálási opciót eltávolították.

You can upload them to SwissTransfer or similar services, such as WeTransfer or TransferNow, archiving them as .rar in the case of folders, and provide a download link to support @ incomedia.eu (without the spaces).

unfortunately the magicsite.json file is corrupted, and did not allow us to attempt finishing the generation.
We will restore 1 generation for your licence.
Update 2025.3.4, which contains several fixes related to project generation with MagicSite, will be released as a Beta soon, and later to all users.
I recommend trying a new generation once you have updated to it.
