I have a specific question for Incomedia... When I redesigned my website and re-indexed it in Google Webmaster Tools, after a few days my website was on the first pages and I received queries from multiple locations and for quality keywords... After another two weeks my website is on page 8 of Google search engines... WTF !!!??? Why, why... I have a feeling when I do my research that as soon as Google sees the generator tag or something related to your buggy application, our ranking drops drastically...

The “Generator” meta tag can be removed, see screenshot below
1. First remove the check mark as in the screenshot, then open the relevant project.
2. Now click on “Preview” while holding down the left Ctrl key and wait until the progress bar has completely scrolled through at the bottom.
3.Then export the entire website to the Internet, not just the updated files.
Now use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + F5 in the browser to request the new files from the web server, then the reference to WebSiteX5 should be gone.

Hi. I don't pay much attention to Google... one day everything's green (above 90) and the next day, because of an "alt" tag on an image, it says it failed the test... anyway. One day Google approves you, and then when you address one of their own recommendations, the score drops... but that's Google's business model: the more you visit their page, the "better for them"... For example, a 4.5MB image is told it's too large and can be "optimized" by reducing it by half (2.2MB)... the same image on another page of the same site, at only 56KB, is also told it's too large and can be optimized further... anyway, I don't even consider their optimizations anymore. My radio listeners say the page is faster and congratulate me... and Google says it's slower. Haha.
Now, if your site was on page 8 and the next day it wasn't anymore... don't you think someone else optimized their pages and pushed you down the rankings?
For me, it's a waste of time trying to please Google and its requirements that change every day.
Regards.

Danijel W. this is not the problem... Wish you all the best in 2026...
Hello,
the "Generator" tag should not have any impact on indexing, howerver as mentioned by Daniel it is not necessary to include it, and it can be removed if you prefer to do so.
I would recommend making sure that no warnings or suggestions are now displayed on the Search Console, as Google's criteria often change.
you can trick Google some times, but not all the time.... it is still possible to boost your ranking for a short while, but a deeper crawl will show the real result. But your entry of introducing a redesign suggest to me that you aspect SEO results from a redesing. I would not trust on that. I spend zero time on design, and all the time on SEO scripts. Making sure I do follow guidelines. With Ubersuggest I track results, and receive SEO tips. And ChatGPT includes CODE By codegenerator.b12.io, to develop my SEO Json codes. Ideas to get started you will find at schema.org, where you also find a code validator.
Further ranking in what area? You can also introduce codes that makes that visitors are relevant for you, and likely your ranking goes up, cause the average ranking is dragged down by what is not relevant. In a way a lower ranking combined with more visability on the web is not bad perse. As long you rank high when it really matters.
all the best, shooting from the hip trying to help you.
Also: there is no tool yet to meassure AI generated search results. (Tell me when you have found one). Today what I do with google results: as long they are better than last year I am doing ok, knowing that perhaps more then 50% of the visitors are generated by ChatGpt. And fyi I am up 60% compared to last year, assure you it is not the software messing your SEO
and reviews are key, for sure in a high competetive market. And it might be a matter of it shouldn't be this way, but I wouldn't use copyright protection. At the very least, I'd feel obligated to create even more scripts on the backend to please bots. Describing every content including pictures and price offers that are visable for the eye.
I have been working with Website X5 for 12 years — first with the Evo version and now with Pro. I believe it is a very good program which, when a website is properly optimized according to Google’s guidelines, can achieve high search rankings, even first place. It requires a lot of work, but the results are absolutely achievable. Of course, the software has its limitations and still many features to be improved. However, I hope that Incomedia will continue developing SEO‑oriented tools and introduce a more modern blogging system, which is essential for effective website positioning.
