Oops!I Can't Connect  en

When I start up Website x5 Pro 2026.2.3 I get this message instead of the normal welcome screen:

My internet connection is fine, I can work on a project, and the software updates the websites as normal.

Anyone else getting this or is it just me? It was working fine yesterday but I get this every time I open the software today.

When I logged onto the Community Help Center on July 7, 2026, I couldn't.  It appeared that the authentication server was down.  So something happened on July 7, and that problem also affects App authentication.

I'm just glad to see I'm not alone! Everything (mostly) works ok so it's not a big issue. The only thing that seems to be not working is the AI Magic Text feature, that seems to think I don't have an active licence! (i do of course!)

The message in the first post says that WebSite X5 cannot connect to the Incomedia server to retrieve further information.

The second message is probably related to the first message, which means that the Incomedia server cannot be reached and therefore the license for MagicText cannot be checked.

Is anything being done about it. Is it an Incomedia server problem? Timeline for resolving it?

Good morning,

For several days now, the forum and the software have been experiencing intermittent issues, causing significant inconvenience for users.

If maintenance or updates had been scheduled, it would have been appropriate to inform all users in advance via a maintenance notice or a dedicated announcement, so as to avoid uncertainty and allow for better planning of activities.

Thank you for your attention.

Hi,

unfortunately we had some server issues yesterday, which caused the issues that you guys have described. Things are hopefully back to normal now, so that you should now be able to keep using WebSite X5 normally.

Thanks! Kind regards.

As of july 11 11:00 this problem still persists for me. Of cause I can still work on my site, but it's annoying that the program takes more than two minutes to start.
