Error when installing Optimizer

Error ( Cannot install required dependencies ) when installing WebSite X5 Optimizer. Already done:
1) Started the setup as administrator
2) Reinstalled Visual C ++ 2010 and 2013
3) Unchecked and re-activated .Net Framework

I would like to be able to check the exact error window and moment when this happens.
Could you by any chance attach a screenshot showing these information here for me?
This was it can be easier for me to understand what could be going wrong.

The error window is shown at the end of the instllation procedure. The program is installed but gives the same error window when i try to start it

I would like to ask you to perform this test too.
Can you uninstall the software and reinstall it with the Antivirus and Firewall off?
After installing the software you can turn them on again and simply add the software to the exceptions
Please keep me updated on this

I am using Webroot Secure internet. After turning all options off and starting the installer as administrator it installed fine. Thanks for the advice.
