Error when upgrading website from version 8 to version 9

I need to convert a version 8 file to a version 9 file and it keeps giving me an error. I need technical support to convert the file. I have sent numerous emails to support with no response.

Please, update your WebSite X5 Evolution 8 with the latest version 8.0.16. You cam find the link to download the update in your answers profile under "Download".

This did not work either! I have attached a zip file containing the screen shots requested. Can you please just convert the file for me.

i receive your file but it's corrupted, try to send me the .BWS file of the project.

@Brent you haven't "Batch Processed" your project otherwise I would have converted it all for you!!

I have been trying to accomplish a simple conversion for over a month! I get calls everyday from the customer hounding me becuase he wants to make changes to his website. I have followed the instructions from the start and am not a happy customer becuase you now just gave me the answer 5 weeks later! Why would you release version 9 with so many issues and cannot even import from version 9? Thats why I'm so aggrevated.

After deleting the table you can import the project in the Evolution 9 correctly.
