Hi,

Simply go to step 2, press CTRL & Preview. Allow the working icon to churn until it finishes, you will notice it takes longer. When finished upload site again to your host.

Let us know if it addresses the problem.

Hi! Thank you for helping Flagsa!

Good morning Jorge,
I think the issue is connected to your image location. I see you have your images on your desktop and you have added them to your project from there, this could be causing the error message. We always suggest to store you project images in C: and to add them from there not from your desktop or from your Documents folder.

Please try to move your image in C: then add them to your project and upload again. After please repeat what Flagsa said: press CTRL (on your keyboard) and click on the ''preview'' option with your mouse, in the program window. This will refresh your preview. Please make sure you have deleted your previews project from your server before uploading again.
If the issue remains, please kindly attach your image.png to this post so that I may test it myself.
Thank you!

It has nothing to do about the file location... Because it only works when i upload a JPEG, not a PNG! and I need to use a PNG because I want it to be background - less.

anyways here is the PNG so you can test it yourself.

Jorge take out your X5 FTP Details and insert them again manually..... Could be they've updated the server!! Try it buddy!!

Make sure you have enough webspace too.....

The PNG's are for "Transparency" I presume!!

Ok i will try inserting the FTP Details once again... But I have an unlimited hosting for unlimited domains... so space shouldn't really be an issue.

Jorge make sure you haven't got the HOTLINKING turned on in the server Control Panel for PNG's.

I had this problem a few weeks ago with another X5er and he'd turned it on by mistake!!
