HTML Codes in email - still

As you can see I am still getting HTML tags in the email, although much reduced. I think it still needs a bit more tidying to remove the <br/> tags and replace with a blank line

Hello Nigel,
Could you please try to choose a different script type for the email under preferences in step 0? I guess you tried with the complete script and the low level script, you can try with low quality script as well, maybe this solve your problem.
Other question, the problem is only visible on the iphone of your client? Did you try to read the email from a different device? thank you

Hi Michele, I will try the script type change.
The pre change html emails worked OK on my PC but not on the iphone.
The changed script now appears on the PC as above in my email client (Thunderbird)

Hello Nigel,
I notice from your previous post that hte problem is with the tag <br /> only in the custom parts of the email, you can try to modify these parts under the ecommerce configuration (step 4 -> shopping cart -> customers detail). From there you can try for examlpe to remove the space between the lines.

Hi Michele, taking out the blank lines does not work, the <br /> tags still appear.
I have tested changing the preferences to ' Low quality Server Script' and this works with an android phone.
I have also verified that the Apple ihone is now working OK
