I've been asked to create a website which basically sells space for people with rooms to let to advertise on the site.
The basic structure would be a home page, available rooms page, and a page for landlords to advertise their rooms. A landlord would need to register and login, then upload an image and description, and then pay. A user would then be able to search all the rooms advertised by postcode and contact the landlord directly.
Is something like this possible in website X5 evolution 9? All your advice would be most welcome!

well, what you could do is create a researved area for your landlords to enter but, they can not upload the images/descriptions themselves. They would have to send them to you, you approve them and upload them on your page.
A user can then search for the rooms he is interested in and conact the Landlord directly if he has added his contact in the image/description.
You can not add an automatic counter that displays the available rooms, you will have to update them yourself.
