Hi Guys, I have an issue with minimum image size. I see there is a restriction of 12x12pix regardless if I want 2x5 or any other size less than 12pix. Is that a bug?

Thanks,

Viktar

Hi Viktar,

yes, for example in the Header, if you insert an image you can minimiza it only 12X12 px because the white square in the border of image are 4px, so 4x3=12px.

Hi Riccardo, thanks for your reply. I think many users find this limitations unpractical. The border around the image, say 1pix can only excist as long as I work with it, but it should not become a part of the image when I finished working. In reality, 1pix image becomes 12pix image thanks to your software. That's no good. Also, 1pix image could only have 8 pix scuare box around it for working when you click on it. Why we have number 12? Well, the program can't be ideal, there is always something which requires improving. In general I am quite happy with website x5 evolution, I see a good potential and your hard work, thanks for that!

Regards,

Viktar

Hi Viktar,

you can create an image .png with transparent level so you have a big image but with transparent. The image that been displayed will be small.

I have done that before you said. Smile And I understand your point. However,it creates additional problems. You can't place 2 different small images close enough to each other because of transparent area, and, the most important thing: you can't trust your coordinate system if you place partially visible image so you don't know where really that 1pix is in terms of "X" and "Y" (if 1pix is visible and the rest of area is transparent, 12X12pix minimum image size as an example)Smile

Cheers!

Hi Viktar,

if you need to insert 2 different small images close enough, you can create a single image with a photo edit program and inserta single image.

Hi Viktar,

my suggestion is use the html code and insert the image or the link with your personal html code.
