Install X5 to new PC Bought

i just bought a brand new laptop. I had installed x5 to two laptop previously. one of the laptop is no longer in use. i would like to install x5 to the new laptop instead. what should i do? do i need to uninstalled x5 in the old laptop and then reinstall on the new laptop. Please guide me.

Uninstall the program from the old laptop and then download the latest installer from your answers.websitex5.com profile in "Downloads" and install it on the new laptop.
