Impossible To Connect To Server

When I go to export from X5 now, I get the following error message: "impossible to connect to server. Verify the entered parameters with the internet provider."
I have never had it before, and nothing has changed. Please can anyone tell me how to overcome this, thanks.

It shows here you are using a DEMO version of X5 and with this version you cannot upload......

Hi Laura,
Usually this problem is caused by the usage of a wrong username or password. Did you test the connection using another FTP client such FileZilla?
If FileZilla can connect but WSX5 still is not working, you should check your firewall ans make sure that it's not blocking any FTP connection coming from WebSite X5.
A last question: which version of WebSite X5 are you using?
