how do i reset my password without asking the old one that i dont remember. i am trying to install the new version and ask me the password and i can not complete the installation.

You can change your password directly on your answers.websitex5.com account by visiting the profile section or if you logout then you will find on the homepage answers.websitex5.com the link Passowrd Lost and if you click it you need to enter your current email and then you will receive a link to change password.
