Blog Heading Colour Change needed.

I changed by site's tonal values when I updated it from Version 8. It now has a dark background and all my text needs to be white or light grey. This is easy to do except when I write my blog entries. The body text is easy to change, but not the headings! They disappear because they are dark on dark and I can't see any way to change them. What am I missing?
I also find that any emails I send from the contact form appear in my webmail are blank when viewed. Is this a related problem? This never happened on the Version 8 site. Thanks.

Update: Careful reading of another post meant I have solved the label colour problem - not the contact form problem.
Hello Wayne,
For the email issue you experience try to go in step 4 Data Management in Version 10 and then change the email script type and once done export the project again to check if with the other script the emails contains the content.
For Version 9 you can change it when you start the program by opening the preferences.
Please try all the other 2 script types and let me know if it works.
