How do I choose which thumbnail Website X5 v10 would generate of my website when I post its URL link in my Facebook status?

Before Facebook used following code to choose the image:
<meta property="og:image" content="http://mysite.com/image.jpg"/>
But since they change the API everytime the best is to check on theyr Developer Section:
https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/

Please elaborate. I don't understand the answer and what I should do.

You should add the code aboce in step 1 - Expert- Before closing the HEAd tag, where you change the url with a link to an image you want to apear on facebook.
