Questbook configuration window: Where is it?

In the guestbook function it is possible to choose between a managed solution, where you have to approve any reaction before it is shown on the website and the option where it is published directly. How can I operate the maneged solution? How do I set that one up? The instruction is rather cryptic saying I can manage it from the main screen of the configuration window. Where do I find that one? In the page creation (step 3) drag the guestbook object from the right hand side to the place you want it to appear on the page. Then double click on the obect and open its configuration panel. In the comments settings 'view mode' you can chose to show comments after admin approval. You can also choose to be sent an email when someone comments.
When you page is live online you can log into the admin panel by adding /admin after your website address (i.e. www.yourwebsite.co/admin) and then accept or delete the comments you receive in the guestbook. The admin panel password is setup and edited in the access management in step 4 'advanced settings'.
