X5 v10 email object does not display properly in preview 
Author: Peter H.x5 v10 email object does not display properly in preview.Also uploading it to my website is the same issue. I imported from v9, and when the email would not show as designed, I deleted the object and started again, but still the email is displayed incorrectly in preview or when uploaded, when using v10. Specifically, 1)there is an extra text block that appears on the left (15% size) 2)the capture does not preview properly or display on the website. 3)the length of the mail object is cutting off at the bottom, not all items display,some are off the bottom. 4)the changes to the email object, after awhile, only sometimes reflect in the preview. This is a lot of things wrong here. I am thinking that I wasted my money with the upgrade. Help me to change my mind.

I think that items 1 and 2 are connected.
The text box in 1, is actually the Captcha picture, I think.Since it is empty I cant be sure.
However, when I uncheck the Captcha to be added, then the mystery text box remains.
Removing the items in the email object, one by one, leaves the mystery text remaining,until it only goes when there are no more items to remove.
This might also be related to the fact that changes dont show up in preview, after a little while of editing the email object.

I had another close look, and the word Captcha is there,then below is an empty block, which should have the picture.Then, off to the left, not centrered, there is the other block where you must type the letters from the captcha picture.
Ok, here is a 5th problem with the email:There is an OPTION tab to add a hint, or bubble,and I have typed text in there, but it will not show in preview, and also not when uploaded, it is not on the website.v10

why did you delete code parts form the Header like the charset and the javascript files?
Please try to export the project from the program without removing the code in the header and then try again to check if online it is displayed correctly.
Please keep me updated.

Hi, all is ok now, as I also could not update from v....35 to v.....38, and in the end downloaded a complete install withy the update elaready included.Once I went over my problem project, all worked properly, so I am happy now.Thanx.
