I need to reinstall the software to a new computer but cannot get an activation key. The e-mail I am using does not seem to be recopgnised

. . . if you change your mail or PC/harddisc you will not be recognized by the system. So you have to:
-> make a new post and set to *private* (so that only Incomedia can read) and
-> attach your old (and new) mail and purchase data.
-> explain your problem
