Export from 9 to 10

I had Version 9 installed and export / import some projects to version 10. Since I formated my computer and didn´t export all projects, how can I install version 9 again to export rest of projects? When I try to use key, it says was na upgrade, cannot use it anymore. Can you help? Luis

what version of windows do you have on your computer? Please make sure you download the latest version of the program from the ''download'' section here on answers, then start it as administrator. You can do this by right clicking on the program icon to then select ''run as administrator''.

When open it, activations process start
Follow instructions and when click on link I receive a "Generic Error" as imagem follows
I had this before and Claudio resolve it...
