Using tempory file to recreate project

I have been working on a new project today and just finished the home page plus creating other pages. I tried to save it and it came back with an error trying to access files and gave me a path to the temporary files. The program then closed. When I reopened WX5 the project was not in my project list. However, the temporary files are still there. How do I use the temporary files to recreate my project?

It would be helpfull to know the name, and especialy the extension of the files.
