Moving from page to page results in header and content to jump, left or right, about 6mm.
I am in the process of update a site, with a revised header and horizontal menus.
Everything works fine apart from when I view the site, moving from page to page, on some pages the whole pageframe moves left or right by about 6mm. This is uncomfortable to the viewer.
Any suggestions as to the cause would be appreciated.

Toggle bewteen 'About the Parish and 'News & Events' buttons to see the 'flash' effect. I'd expect the header to remain still.
Regards and thanks for your interest,
David.

only in flash based websites you can keep the header still and change the content without refresh of the header!
your header is perfectly fine and acts as how it should be, each time when you click on any tabs (on any website) if their website didn't built with flash, they have a refresh header as well, because they load the whole page not just content of the body.
