You could try to download and install the full version from you portal, pulldown menu next to your name top right -> download.

I would make a backup of your projects, it's not stricy needed but always better to be sure (step 5 export project)

As you can see from the picture new download, I downloaded the file, tried to install it with the Installshield from Flexera and it wouldn't open.

Then I reinstalled the original version as you can see from the steps from 1 to 8 but it won't install the new updates.

I had to work on one of my sites but cannot access them, see picture original installation ,as it says it comes from a later version. Please help as I have to finish a project.

If you cannot find the solution quickly, please send me the original program with the updates included.

I don't know why you would need flexera, if you download from your portal you will get the latest version and you should be able to install that version, just run it after download. Then you will have the latest version and you can go on.

I see no attachement in your last post so it's difficult to say more.
