PLEASE MAKE A MORE RESOLUTION OPTION

Please add more features to the app to add more resolutions. Now the option is 10 but you know that it is not enough ... In the mobile market with 10 resolutions you cannot cover all the devices I would like ... So for the second time I ask you to add at least 7-10 additional features. Let there be 20 options for adding resolutions PLEASE!

X5 Croatia, it would be nice to have unlimited break points, but as an interim measure have you made use of the extend feature and tried limiting your objects to one per row?
This is a (poor) example of an infinite width website with as many break points (up to 10) as required to deal with specific tablet/phone resolutions.

Oh, my God - you should not openly criticize Incomedia on the forum - you post could be deleted (like mine was)!

... it has never been said that Incomedia ignores messages, but it is quite the opposite; ... Incomedia has always said that all ideas are always considered and evaluated by the development technical STAFF, but they cannot guarantee or even predict when, and if, they could be realized ...

How do you know that Incomedia reads all the posts? Are you working for Incomedia?
KolAsim - I'm not trying to "attack" you or offend you in any way - but customer support will be "very poor" without you guys (administrators and moderators).
There are IDEA posts - with valuable "stuff" in it - without any real reaction from the company for more than 2 years!
If this is not "slow" - I don't know what slow is...
The point is: the reaction time and a constant investment in the software should be much more evident and frequent!

For example - a competing WYSIWYG software reacted on my (meaningful) comment (within 72 hrs) - by implementing my suggestion in the next update! This was not the BUG fixing - this was my suggestion on their eCommerce plug-in.
The funny thing is - I was not even the paying user! And believe me - this software has a larger user-base than WSX5...
(It > En) ... I don't work for Incomedia, but these are things that are known for those who have been attending the Forum for several years...

Effettivamente lo STAFF raramente interviene nei post IDEA...
Io per i miei post IDEA ho richiesto privatamente di avere informazioni circa le possibilità che le mie richieste (più di 50!!!) abbiano o meno di essere attuate.
Penso sia giusto sapere se ci sono o meno possibilità in tal senso...
Alcune richieste, se non attuate, potrebbero indirizzare l'utente verso altri prodotti.
the posts are all read by the STAFF and the IDEA posts are reported to the Developers to be taken into consideration for future developments.
Indeed, the STAFF rarely intervenes in the IDEA posts ...
For my IDEA posts I have privately requested to have information about the possibility that my requests (more than 50 !!!) have or not to be implemented.
I think it is fair to know whether or not there are possibilities in this regard ...
Some requests, if not implemented, could direct the user to other products.

All I can say that I never wrote this many posts in my life - combined! (total of 127!)...
...and I can assure you that I have not written those out of fun & leisure - I'm here out of the sheer necessity, bug fixing and general software improvements.
I can say - in my case - that the majority of important stuff was never been addressed by the company.
Yes, Elisa and Stefano were perfectly professional and decent every time - but I have nothing out of their decency when important issues are still left unresolved!
My major request ws (and it still is) - besides the digital goods payment restriction to PayPal only - the setting up of an alternative payment gateway which almost anyone could use regardless of the location and the currency.
I can not use PayPal because it doesn't support my local currency nor any other "built-in" PG.

(FYI - another WYSIWYG (French) software - has around 10 alternative PG. At the time I was deciding to buy the WSX5 licence - this software was of a significantly poorer quality than WSX5. But now - summer of 2020 - it is pretty close!)

As you probably know - in this day and age - the client has no patience - she/he wants to have exactly what's on their mind...and they want it now!
Waiting (apparently in vain) for a concrete reaction from Incomedia for moths could be OK for some - but not for us who are trying to do this professionally!
The PRO in the software name means "professional", right?
Waiting for moths (years?) for an important change to take place it's NOT professional! I rest my case!
