Question 1:
Why does the shopping cart doesn't clear aget making a purchase and buying the items?
Question2:
When you click "process or buy now" the screen hangs for a little bit and then it process the order...is there like a loading bar or "please wait" design when the order is being processed?

Technically the cart should get cleared when the order is finished. Can you please provide here an URL to your website so that I might test this out for you?
About your second question, I can confirm that nothing of the sort exists at the moment. However, since other users asked for an improvement on this, I can confirm that the matter has been noted as to be improved in the future

I've just tested this for you and can confirm that after selecting the Bank Transfer option, the cart empties:

Looks to be an issue with firefox, on chrome is ok.
im with desktop machine using firefox latest version. shopping cart doesnt clear there.

- Firefox
- Safari
Works ok on Edge and Chrome
Any insight on this? Can it be corrected on Firefox and Safari?

I've attempted this on Firefox as well from Desktop. After completing the order and going back to the homepage, the cart looks empty here too
One question. Did you try this on your computer only? Could you perhaps try this from a different computer as well and see if the result changes?

Looks like its fixed now - i updated it to 2021.2.5 and issue dissappeared.
