Renewal not working  en

I paid for a new subscription 11/10/2021, (transaction ID 164241729).  I was sent the activation code but with a note that nothing needed to be done. I checked that the new licence was active but it shows that the expiry date is the same as before. Also when I open X5 Pro it tells me that my licence will expire soon (Nov-21)  

Anyone with ideas?

I have the same issue my subscription ends today!!! but purchased new extension licence in october

will it auto update today or is there an issue????

An admin will contact you today and manually enter the extension in your account. There are problems with the automatic extension by the user.
