Domain and hosting not working

I have registrated a domain name, but i can not upload the site. Error it takes 24 to 48 hours for DNS. But that time is long after.

the encryption-related issue that caused the web space not to be active should be fixed.
Could you check if you are now able to upload the website without errors?

It looks like its working, but when i try to upload, it asks for a proper url,
I can only choose between to oen with www and one whitout the www.
So its still not working.
