Going round in a loop

i have just updated my x5 pro and now it wont load - it goes round in a loop asking me to update but when I try that it just says it is already uptodate.

I have logged in with my email address and password but it continues to tell me that I have the trial version. What do I have to do to convince the system that I have a paid for version?

when you reinstalled the software were you asked to activate the license as well? If not, please go to C:\Users\ Windows username \AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 -Pro, delete the file licence.iwl and reinstall the software by using the setup you can find in your "Downloads" section. Then, restart the software: you will be requested to repeat the activation of your full license.

Thanks Elisa - but no - it still cmes up with a box in the bottom left hnad corner saying buy now - but it had acepted my licence details
