I would recommend disabling the "Allow sending from alternative senders option", regarding the script was Standard script recommended by your provider specifically?
I would otherwise suggest using PHPMailer, SMTP or Authenticated SMTP depending on what they suggest.

If you log into https://bio.fi/admin (you can use the credentials of any user set as administrator in Step 1 - Settings ---> Access Management), are there errors displayed in the e-mail log in the WebSite Test section?

The address for public file is (/home/zelektro20499fi/public_html/zelektro20499fi_elektrokauppa)

The read/write file access should be 777

FAIL

that is a separate matter, related to the permissions of the writing access folder.
In the bottom part of that page, do you you see a list of errors?

I recommend contacting your hosting provider, perhaps they have a recommended script to recommend, such as SMTP or Authenticated SMTP.
