Please check if you have any software installed that could move the image files of the cellstyle. It could be also a software that organizes pictures. I tried to download the installer and install the program again and the cellstyle is available.

Uninstall the program and download the installer from your profile on answers.websitex5.com.

Once downloadede choose to run it as administrator with the rightclick and then once installed choose the launcher and run this one aslo as administrator.

Please check if in following folder zou have the cellstyle pictures:

C:\Program Files\WebSite X5 v9 - Evolution\Res\CellStyle

If they are not present then uninstall the program and download the installer from your profile.

Once downloaded choose to start the installer as administrator with right-click and once installed run the program again as administrator.

I tried to reinstall the program to check it but I had always the cellstyles. Do you have also the demo version installed on your computer?

If yes uninstall it and uninstall also the full version and then remove all the WebSite X5 folders in Program files and the Incomedia folder in AppData/local/ and then install only the full version.
