I have a lisence associated with ***
I wanted to be associated with *** as i lost the old email. Please help me out with that. thank you!

i tried to put the product key in the license page; i got this : "ATTENTION: The Licence Key entered is associated to another e-mail address"
theres a note that saus: "However, you may have successfully completed your WebSite X5 Licence installation process with another e-mail address. In this case, please open a new post and add your new plus your old e-mail address to it: we will then be able to adjust and complete your registration correctly for you. Please feel free to manage your licence afterwards."

Don't use the license page... use the 'E-mail' field on this page instead:

Ok here's the thing.
when i registered the program i used the enail ***
i do not have access any more to this enail.
now i want to reinstall the program. I do have the key but its asking for an unlock code and to use the email za44 to unlock it.
i want to use the email *** instead. If there's a work around, would you please provode a step by step action to follow; thanks!
If changing the email address on the 'Settings' page doesn't help, then the step-by-step instructions would probably be as provided by the software itself:
"However, you may have successfully completed your WebSite X5 Licence installation process with another e-mail address. In this case, please open a new post and add your new plus your old e-mail address to it: we will then be able to adjust and complete your registration correctly for you. Please feel free to manage your licence afterwards."
If you open a new post as instructed and enter both your new and old email addresses then the Incomedia support staff will be able to progress this further - set the post to 'Private' - I will mark this thread for their attention.
Please note that they do not usually work weekends.

I tried changing the email; it's reverting back to the old one after i save and refresh.
I did post my old and new email in this post at the beginning. should i create a new private post with the serial number?

Yes, that would be the best thing to do.
I'm not quite sure why your changes are not being saved when trying to edit your email details.
Create a new private post with all the relevant information. I've requested help from the Incomedia support team for you. Hopefully you will get a response on Monday of next week... maybe Tuesday at the latest.
Thanks for your patience in the meantime. Sorry we couldn't solve the issue here and now, but I am confident it will be resolved at the beginning of next week.
