'feed format not supported' when trying to add domain

Feed ready app says 'feed format not supported' when new users are trying to add the domain sinonskin.co.uk
Existing customers clearly see any blog posts and have no problems.
But new customers trying to add sinonskin.co.uk always have the message 'feed format not supported.
If feed ready app is already installed on a device, and they surf to sinonskin.co.uk website, when opening in feed ready app the same message arrives on the screen but you CAN see the blog post in the background, but cannot get to it.
I have checked and re checked the settings in x5pro 10 and they are identical to other sites I maintain, so have no clue what the problem could be! Please help. Lol. Thank you!

The developers are verifying why the feed is not working and as soon as I have any news I will inform you.

Please try to rename the category Tattoos & Semi Permanent Make Up
to Tattoos and Semi Permanent Make Up and then export the feed again and then try to add the feed again in the app to see if then it works.
