Initialising startup after import v14 pro

I have imported the website from v13 pro to v14 pro no problem, and the website appears in the project selection window. The problem is when I try to open it. I get the blue bar and the message 'Initialising Startup' but nothing happens! I have waited over 36hrs!! I don't get any error message, just the blue bar going across the screen. After the last update for v14, I deleted the website and re-imported it without a problem, but it will still not open, and I am still getting the message 'Initialising Startup' and the blue bar. Please advise asap. Thank you.

I get 3 messages, first Importing, then when I select the project I see initilising project files, and then creating project files (it is here that my larger projects stall). I do not get Initialising startup, and the only colour bar is green. Can you provide a screenshot?
Do you have any issues with new projects?

It IS 'Initializing Project Files' that I meant. I have attached a screen shot.
It does open other websites, but this particular one is the main one I use/update regularly and is therefore very important.
Why do your larger files stall?
It still opens fine in v13 pro.

Why do my projects stall - in one case many pages, in the other many photos, and in both cases responsive (meaning multiple versions of some pages, headers, footers, etc).
Are there embedded movies, large images, etc??
As it still works in V13, can you temporarily turn off responsive, export and import into V14 (although I suspect this to only be useful in the "creating project files" proceedure).

Please open the project in Version 13 and remove from the pages all the empty cells to leave principally only the objects with content in it and then export it as IWZIP.
Once done try to import this file to see if then it can be opened.
