Hi, I have problems to find a new template that I purchased.
I went to the purchased list, but does not appear the Filpbook template that I bought with credits.
could you help me to solve the problem? txs

If you can't select it without paymant or in you bought licences like Samantha explained, then please make a screenshot of your licenced templates. Incomedia will check your status in that case.
