Email Form No Longer Working - No Changes Made!

Have tried every setting within the data management tool and my emails are not being received. Many things have not been working since the previous update. Have checked with my service provider and they have made no changes. Had to uncheck use passive mode to export, can this have something to do with it?
Please help - have customers thinking we are ignoring their emails because they are not being received. They are not in my spam filter either.

The passive ftp has no influence on the email settings. Since when you experience the issue?
Did you test from the admin section of your website if from there the emails are sent?
