Craig thanks for the link but if you had read my post you would have seen that i have done that already, it was working before and showing HST but for some reason it is all chnaged but showing VAT

Is the correct language selected in step 1?

Have you tried to press CTRL while opening the preview to see if then it appears correctly?

yes i have checked the correct language, EN for english

i just checked the online web site and some of the product pages are in VAT and others are in HST

Upload once all the data up after you have applied ctrl preview so sure all pages are customized.

CTRL/Preview forces WebSite X5 to rebuild the entire project from scratch, incorporating all user customisations and applying edits, etc.

When this is followed by an upload of ALL website files to the server (as advised by JJ), then you can be sure that the files on the server are as fresh and up-to-date as possible.
