I think it is better to explain the problem in english language, then in german:
It is impossible to LOGIN with the old password. After receiving a new password from the system, it is impossible to change the passwords within the profile.
After Logout and start a new Login, "x5-answers" have forgotten the new password also which was received before from the system. Therefore it is impossible to Login again. It is only possible to get a new password from the system.
If Website x5 Evolution 9 have also same bugs, then I must say "Good night Mary"
Another problem is, that we cannot get a direct-mailing to a webmaster to solve such problems.
PLEASE SOLVE THIS BIG PROBLEMS

Hello Roland,
I've just tried to reset my password then access using it. I've been able to change it from my account settings. Simply type the password you've received via email in the "Old password" field and type the new one in "New password" and "Retype new password" fields.
Claudio...I'm waiting !!! I need to start working in new program...
you may be waiting but you're also getting annoying when you keep hijacking posts just to get somebody to reply to you

I`m very surprised. After hundred trials - with hundred new generated passwords - now it works. I don`t no why, but now it`s possible to change the password and after saving it will be accepted by ANSWER.
Perhaps they have made some changes ????

(There's no incomdia support address without a answers.websitex5 account. I can't login in my old account, because of this I`ve registered a knew account.)
