Cannot Download template

I cannot download Artisans template.
I get the message: "It is not possible to complete download"
Any help will be appreciated

Dimitris, I get the same error, I have asked Incomedia to investigate.

I also noticed the same behavior and I already informed the developers. They will check the issue and, in case, fix it in the future updates. You will receive a notification of a new update in the opening screen of WebSite X5 and you can see the changes made in the updates on websitex5.com/changelog/v14 .
In the meanwhile you can download the full template from https://market.websitex5.com/it/template/1f312645-2244-4f41-8921-35b0a5e2d and then import it to have this template.

Unfortunately, no.
Dimitris - I WAS able to download the Artisans Template.
(I know this doesn't help other than to advise it appears to be working for me - sorry)
