Add A Title To An Image?

In Evo 8, is there a way to tag an image with a title or description? I see how to do it within the image gallery, but if you are just doing one image, where do you enter the title?

is this the bit you mean ?
if it is then you just highlight the cell the image is in and then click the cell format icon above it
