Launch stuck on "Updating Libraries" version 12.0.10.32

I use this program almost every week adding updates, etc. But today when I tried to launch it, it seems stuck on "updating libraries." The version says 12.0.10.32. I have rebooted my computer (Windows 10) and tried again, still stuck. Any suggestions?

without internet it should start, try the tips there
else download latest version from here (top right next to your name pulldown -> download.)
make sure to let x5 make a backup if you start x5 latest version up.
Hello Charlene, i tested myself some older version, it looks like there have been changes to the library that causes x5 to start up (only once) longer that normal.
Try to let it run for a while and let me know if this has solved the issue.
