Generic error in shoppingcart  en

After updatet to the last version of the program I get a message that it is an generic error in the shopping cart and I get no confirmation mail for the order...

Is there something wrong in the program or is there someone who have a solution on this?

I haven't done any changes on the site, just converted it in the new version and out to the internet with it...

To check this out I tryed it out with the earlier version and now I don't get this error message and the confirmation mails are comming as they should, so there is an bug in the new versions shopping cart.

a new update has been released for the 2019.1.4 to 2019.1.5 that should take care of the emailing problem as well.

This issue seems to have been caused by some files not being overwritten during the installation process with the older version, and this lead to the mailing issue.

Please update your software and export your website again. Let me know if the issue is fixed.

If it isn't, please check carefully if you have any antivirus installed during the installation and let me know this information here

I'm sorry to tell that the generic error for the shopping cart still there...

I have tryed to send out the vhole site again with the last update, but it's still there.

no stock database is connected, using new Pro version which just bought yesterday.

I would like to inform you that the issue has been addressed in the latest 2019.1.6

It seems to have been generated by a faulty installer prior to the 2019.1 release that didn't correctly overwrite older files.

Please update your software and try this again. Give me a feedback here if possible

I had a litle truble too after the site was up dated, but when I had cleared the browser a few times it was ok and everything works properly. Try Ctrl. + F5 when you show the site on internett.
