Locked Pages Problem  en

When I setup users for locked pages it worked once or twice, now I am getting the following error on all users:

Your account is not allowed to access the selected page.

I attempted with both Chrome and IE.

My groups and users are configured properly per the Incomedia manual.

Thanks, Adam

I'm not sure what you mean by "Try deleting all site files and reloading it"  Does this mean you want me to delete the files and rebuild the site?  Can you be more specific.  It just does not make sense.

You do not need to delete anything on your computer.I suggest to go to the site folder on the hosting. And delete all site files from the hosting, not from the computer. After that, re-export the entire site to the hosting from program.Just like you did it the first time.
