Marco, if I had this error I would find the original image and copy it with a new name, then I would put the new image on the page instead, then do a ctrl+preview to force all pages to update. Then do a full upload (not new and changed).

If you no longer wish to use the intro/welcome page, go to step 4 advanced, welcome page and turn it off. You should then remove index.php from your webhost (step 5, upload website to internet and before starting the upload, browse to index.php and delete it)

As for internet explorer (please stop using it!!), clear the cache (ctrl+F5) and let us know if that clears the problem.

You should also seriously consider purchasing the latest version and recreating your site to meet todays standards and requirements (eg responsive). If you prefer to upgrade to the latest version rather than recreate then one of us here would be pleased to assist (there is no direct upgrade path from v9 to the current version - we can assist if requested)

Thank you for the explanation, but the problem is still on.

I did what you said, but still I have the error message after previewing. Please check printscreen.

I do want to maintain the homepage. But I have uploaded a video and a slideshow with pictures (now I have changed it) and after upload it, Chrome doesn't show it, neither Edge, only Explorer.

The same to 2 pictures at our location page. If you go to http://acessorios.memiranda.pt/localizacao.html and compare with the printscreen hereby, you will see the page online is blank at the bottom but at X5 platform, there are 2 images inserted.
