Templates downloaded from X5 don't preview. Newly created (blank) work fine. Also my older projects (converted from Evolution 12) work fine. When I start the template projects, downloaded from Incomedia and I hit preview, the screen stays blank. When I export it to a folder or go to the preview folder created, there is also nothing like an index file. The only index file I see is in \preview\admin folder. This mis a index.php file. Attached some .jpg files from teh folders and the things I see. I didn't try to upload it to internet yet. That's my next step, to see if the website shows.

Hi everyone,
Thanks for reacting. I already tried all of thes things (CTRL-Preview, disabling anti-virus, reinstalling, with and without admin rights, and some other things). Without success unfortunately.
All my other projects work fine: older ones from website evo 12, and also newly created projects from blank templates in website x5 pro).
So it only happens with preset templates from website X5, i guess there's something in those templates that prevet previewing on my computer.
Please help!

It keeps showing this address in the preview window: http://192.168.178.10:8080/index.html (see attachment). My other projects only show index.html) so without my ip address.

Hi guys, I fixed the problem! I first uninstalled the complete version in the normal way. After that I used another uninstaller to do a deeper uninstall (deepcleaned the registry and other unwanted stuff). After this I reinstalled the software and PROBLEM SOLVED! Maybe good to know for other users...
