I used the e-commerce part of Website X5 for a special purpose: showing just the photographs and names of the members of a choir (www.windkrachtvier.nl). The mebers are "products" but price and shoppingcart are hidden!
Since a few weeks the photographs do no longer appear on the search page on some iPhones and iPads.
I hoped that the latest uodate of X5 would solve the problem but it doesn't. Unfortunately the photos are in the members' area, so on protected pages, but I will add a screenshot of the correct page on my Windoes PC and the malfunctioning page on my iPad.

If you first register I could validate your account
Hello,
I have just registered as e.test.inco @ gmail.com
Could you please regenerate the files with CTRL + Preview, and then export again with the option to export all of the website's files?
I would like to see if something may have not been exported correctly.
Let me know when you have approved my registration and exported again, and I will check the website.

Thank you Eric,
I validated your account and uploaded the website completely.
Now on my Ipad it works with chrome, but not with Safari an not with Edge either.
I hope you will be able to solve this.

Now it also works in Edge.
The problem still exists in Safari, which is actually the standard browser on iPads!

Thank you Piet,
I will be taking a look.
What version of iPad OS does the device have and what type of iPad is it?
Eric

Thank you, Eric.
It is an iPad Pro 12.9 inch (4th gen), iOs version 17.7
Piet
Hello Piet,
I have checked the website on a device with an older version, iOS 12.5, and the website was visible, so it does not seem to be an issue with incompatibility of an old version.
Is any Safari update available?
Eric

Hallo Eric,
Obviously there is no update of Safari.
And shouldn't it work on the latest iOS version?
Piet
Hello Piet,
yes, we have not encountered the issue when checking with devices with iOS 12.5, 17.7 and 18.1
Have you had any reports from users that were not able to access the page, or did you notice this yourself when testing?
Do you have any installed extensions for Safari?

Hello Eric,
Thank you once miore.
After your most recent answer I asked my wife to try on her iPad and on hers it worked (but ealier attemts failed!). Then I thought it must be something with my iPad.
I decided to clear the cache and guess what...the page loaded properly!
Problem solved, but I think it originally had something to do with one of the recent updates of Website X5.
Thank you for your help!
