I have a question about "Managing orders from the online Control Panel". A customer ordered a digital product 15 days ago. He received a valid link and downloaded a file. However, he lost it and requested a new one. So, 15 days later, I dispatched link again, through control panel (I moved his previous order to the Start section and clicked "Dispatch"). The link he received was invalid - it says "Data not found (Error 1)".
Can I resend the links through the control panel later (one month or one year later) if the customer requests it or if I need to place a new order?

Yes, I use a temporary link to prevent sharing and misuse. The customer has 5 days to download.
My question, however, is what to do if the customer requests a new link (for whatever reason: computer crash, file lost ...) after a certain period of time, and I want to resend the link.
The instructions say: "the temporary download link becomes active when the order dispatch e-mail, containing the link, is sent to the customer. (websitex5_pro2020_3_en.pdf - page 35)". Does that only apply to the first dispatch? I thought, and it would be logical, that a new temporary link would be generated with each new dispatch.
