If the license is already updated, but only the download link doesn't work, then take a look here, there is the link to SwissTransfer with the current agency version, see

Hi!
I see you have a new active license: does it still show your license is expired when starting the software? If so, please go to C:\Users\ Windows Username \AppData\Local\Incomedia\ WebSite X5 - Agency and delete the file called licence.iwl, then start WebSite X5. You will have to repeat the activation, so you will be able to enter the new license key.
