Missing information in confirm e mail

i have a problem with confirmation e mail.. there is no payment and shipping method..
i see just titles but not information and i dont know how my customers paid it..
sending screenshot about that
Ps: odeme means payment
teslimat means shipping

This is order page i think there is a problem too like (a)
Please check for the 'E-Mail Message' configuration into Payment and Shipment properties. The text you set into this field will be displayed into the confirmation e-mail.

i wrote something there but still empty its not working..Problem not with just confirmation e mail.. that area empty in both e mail me and customer...
Please send us an iwzip of your project. If it is bigger than 1MB you can send it to file@answers.websitex5.com, using as subject "Post 30001 - Mirko".

its 131 mb i cant send it with mail
I can see different configurations on your server than in your project.
Please, export again the wole website. This way the problem will be fixed.
