Help function doesn't work anymore 
Auteur : Peter P.I have a computer with XP and SP3 and use WebSite X5Evolut10n.
My computer won't shut down. According a tip ons this site (http://answers.websitex5.com/post/55876) I uninstalled WebSite X5 Evolut10n, removed the folder and reïnstalled the program. Still the shutdown didn't work.
So I uninstalled, according the same tip, .Net framework 4 (including extension), restarted my computer, used the clean-up tool and reïnstalled Framework from the mentioned link. The installation didn't succeed (not repairable mistake) see attachment
I used System recovery and resetted my computer to yesterday's configuration so I can continue working on my website, BUT NOW THE HELP FUNCTION DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE (it used to be oké)
It's also impossible to install the updat (fault 406)
Please Please Please what can I do

I cannot remove WebSite X5 evolut10n from my computer ( "C:\Programfiles\WebsiteX5v10-Evolution\unins000.msg" is missing
I cannot re-install WebSite X5 evolut10n "Fout opgetreden bij vervangen bestaande bestand. DeleteFile mislukt, code 5 Toegang geweigerd"

I resetted my computer with System Recovery to the time before I installed WebSiteX5 Evolut10n and installed this program (and another) again. Helpfunction is working again. Closing down computer and update is not good.
